Chicago, IL — The losing streak continued for the Chicago Bulls on Thursday night as Portland made the key plays late to secure a 121-112 win at the United Center.
Jerami Grant poured in 27 points to lead the Trail Blazers, who withstood multiple Chicago rallies before pulling away in the final minutes. Toumani Camara added 16 points, while Robert Williams III delivered a double-double with 14 points and 14 rebounds. Vit Krejci also chipped in 14 points for Portland, which played its second straight game without All-Star Deni Avdija due to a back injury.
The loss marked Chicago’s 11th consecutive defeat, tying the third-longest skid in franchise history. The Bulls have not won since a Jan. 31 victory over Miami and remain winless through February.
Matas Buzelis paced Chicago with 20 points. Tre Jones added 19, Josh Giddey contributed 15 points and nine assists, and Nick Richards finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds. The Bulls are now 0-5 during their seven-game homestand.

The contest was tightly contested throughout, featuring 17 lead changes and 13 ties. Portland appeared to seize control early in the fourth quarter when Blake Wesley knocked down two free throws to cap a surge that pushed the lead to 105-90 with just over nine minutes remaining.
Chicago responded with a quick 7-0 burst to close the gap, but Camara halted the momentum with a pair of free throws midway through the period. The Bulls continued to chip away and pulled within three, 108-105, after Leonard Miller slipped inside for a dunk.
That was as close as they would get.
Grant answered with a clutch three-pointer, igniting a 13-7 closing stretch for Portland. Free throws from Camara, Jrue Holiday and Grant in the final moments sealed the victory and sent the Bulls to another frustrating finish.
Portland will travel to Charlotte on Saturday, while Chicago remains home to face Milwaukee on Sunday.
