Harrison, NJ—–The New York Red Bulls put together an attacking display Saturday night, defeating FC Cincinnati 4-2 in an entertaining matchup.

New York extended its advantage in the 66th minute when Cowell’s cross forced an own goal off Kyle Smith, making it 3-1. Smith later made amends offensively, pulling one back for Cincinnati in the 72nd minute to cut the deficit to a single goal.
The Red Bulls sealed the victory late, with Mohammed Sofo adding a goal to secure all three points.
In net, Ethan Horvath made four saves for New York, while Louro recorded three stops for Cincinnati.
Cincinnati’s chances faded further in stoppage time when Alvas Powell was shown a straight red card, forcing the visitors to finish the match a man down.
