Appalachian State struggled to generate offense throughout the night, managing just three points against a Georgia Southern defense that consistently limited scoring opportunities.

Bryant’s accuracy proved important as the Eagles turned their offensive possessions into points and steadily built their advantage. Todd’s rushing touchdown added a much-needed scoring punch as Georgia Southern maintained control.

The Mountaineers were unable to find the end zone, settling for a field goal in a difficult offensive performance.

Georgia Southern closed out the game with a 16-point victory, earning a 19-3 win over its in-state rival.
