Bronx, NY—-Lehman Center for the Performing Arts is proud to present PLIM PLIM LIVE ¡EN VIVO¡ on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 1 PM and 3 PM. Two showings created especially for preschool children and their families, Plim Plim combines music, stories, play, and colorful characters with messages that promote positive values, healthy habits, physical activity, teamwork, and social-emotional development.
The beloved Argentine preschool franchise brings its music, characters, and educational message to the stage in an interactive family concert filled with singing, movement, games, humor, and audience participation.
Plim Plim ¡EN VIVO! transforms the world of Plim Plim into an energetic theatrical experience where children and families become part of the adventure. Fiona and Adri, the show’s hosts, are preparing Plim Plim’s big concert when they discover that they’re missing the music, movement, games, and playful interactions needed to bring the energy of the show back to life.
Featuring beloved songs from the Plim Plim universe, lively choreography, colorful visuals, and constant audience participation, the show creates a joyful family celebration where entertainment and positive values come together. Performances at Lehman Center will be presented primarily in Spanish, with selected songs performed in English.
Created in Argentina by Guillermo Pino, Plim Plim has grown over fifteen years into a global preschool entertainment franchise. He has produced groundbreaking events featuring Diego Maradona and Lionel Messi, while also serving as a producer on acclaimed Argentine films, including Gilda (2016) and Papeles En El Viento (2015).
Since making its television debut on Disney Junior Latin America in 2011, the property has expanded across television, digital platforms, music, publishing, apps, consumer products, and live entertainment. Its Spanish-language YouTube channel has reached about 50 million subscribers and generates more than 2 billion monthly views, with about 82.9 billion lifetime views.
Since its founding in 1980, Lehman Center for the Performing Arts has been deeply rooted in the cultural life of the Bronx. Over its 46-year tenure, the Center has brought both local and national attention to historically underrepresented groups in the performing arts, including Duke Ellington and Ella Fitzgerald in the 80s and 90s and Janelle Monáe in the Super Bowl halftime show in 2011. Lehman Center serves the artistic needs of the community through four distinct programming series: “Punchline,” “First Curtain,” “Bronx Music,” and “The Discovery Series,” with a specific focus on youth programming, comedy, the musical heritage of the Bronx, and exposure to wider global cultures.
